George passed away peacefully, into the presence of his Lord and Saviour at Ridge Meadows Hospital on April 6, 2020.
He was born in Mallaig, Alberta on August 11, 1934 to Fritz and Mary Erickson.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Grace Erickson, stepdaughter Dee-Dee, stepson Dennis (Nancy), many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family.
He ran a lucrative junk business in PoCo and was a collector of eclectic treasure his whole life. He also worked in the kitchen at Riverview Hospital for many years. Everyone
who knew George knew he was the kindest, gentlest soul and he will be missed by many, many, many friends.
A gathering for family and friends will take place at a later date.
