FOURNIER, George Joseph, born April 16, 1912 peacefully passed away June 18, 2004. He leaves to mourn his loving wife Mary, sons Jack (Louise), Campbell River; Ron (Ivale), Oliver; daughter Donna, Maple Ridge. Lovingly remembered by 6 grandchildren Helen Midwood (Don), Mitch, Richard, Michele (Gavin) Chu, Deanna (Vince) Critchley, Ryan (Donna) Hartley; 7 great grandchildren Colin, Adrian, Lawson, Jadina, Alix, Taylor & Tanisha; 2 sisters Jeanine Franklin, Shirley Beecroft, 1 brother Albert and many nieces and nephews. George was a Past president of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, a Legion member and curled up to age 82 with the Golden Ears Curling Club. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 11 at 10:30 A.M. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #88, 12101-224th Street Maple Ridge.
