It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Howard Reeves on March 29, 2018 after a long and courageous battle with lung disease. Born the second son of Bessie Eddolls and William Reeves, Howard owned and operated multiple refrigeration companies in the Montreal region where he also raised his own family. After retirement Howard moved to Maple Ridge, BC to be closer to family.
Resilient and compassionate, Howard had a smile to brighten anyone's day and was always eager to help family and friends. In his latter years, he enjoyed his responsibilities at the Moonlite Grove and especially appreciated the companionship and support of his friends and staff at the Ridge Meadows COPD Clinic.
Howard is predeceased by his wife of 50 years Gisele, his son Michael, and his brother Lewis. He is survived by his son Cliff (Lori), his daughter Joanne, as well as five grandchildren, Casey, Steven, Cody, Curtis and Nicholas.
All are welcome to join us for a Celebration of Life to be held at the Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel on Saturday April 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm.
