GUMPAL Imelda "Imee" Quilban. She passed away peacefully on Oct. 16, 2013 at Ridge Meadows Hospital. Viewing at 5:15 PM on Oct 20th and funeral mass at 10:30 AM on Oct 21st at St. Luke's Catholic Church.
