It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on June 2, 2018.
She was predeceased by her husband Ronald Cecil Jacobs and son Benjamin.
She is survived by her loving children Yolanda (William) Whorwood; Hyman (Pamela) and Ronald; nieces Betty Ann, Cheryl, Trisha and many other relatives and friends.
Special thank you to Heide for her love and support over the years.
A Celebration of Life will be held: Saturday, June 9th @1:00 pm in the Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel (Osborn's), 11969-216th St. Maple Ridge, BC.
