It is with sadness and love that we announce the sudden passing of Laura Ann Stouse after her mercifully short second struggle with cancer. Laura was a much loved mother, sister, and aunt and she will be deeply missed by her daughter, Jessica, mother, Beryl, brother Paul (and family) and brother Chris (and family). She will also be sadly missed by her many friends, and constant companion, Snowball. Laura was pre- deceased by her father, Edward, on January 19, 2009. The family wishes to thank the physicians and nursing staff at the Eagle Ridge Hospital (Port Moody) ER department and West 2A, and also the caring staff at McKenney Creek Hospice in Maple Ridge. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 2nd, 2010 at the Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel (Osborn's), 11969 – 216th Street, Maple Ridge, BC at 1:00 pm, with a reception to follow.
