Born May 8,1946 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Passed away at home in Maple Ridge, BC, September 17, 2020. Survived by her son Jeff and daughter Jenny (Barry) as well as her two grandchildren Jemma and Ryan. Also left to mourn is her brother Ray in Nanaimo. Predeceased by her husband Larry, as well as her parents Ole and Alma Skaalid.
She will always be remembered for her quick wit and humour, her love of baseball, and her unwavering love for her family and friends. She was happiest taking care of others and was independent by nature. She will be greatly missed by all.
No service by request, although a small intimate remembrance will occur in the Spring of 2021 to celebrate a life well lived.
