POGANY Maria
Born July 11th, 1920 Entered into rest April 6th, 2009.
Our dear mother and grandmother passed away suddenly and went to be with her husband Bertalan.
Maria was surrounded by her loved ones, her son Bert, daughter in law Fay, grandchildren - Tessmarie (Jordan), Sarena (Nico), and Faithe (Bruce). Other surviving sons are Attila (Ca. USA) and Karoly (Hungary). She will be greatly missed, but her driven spirit will stay with us forever.
Prayers will be held at 7:45 PM Wednesday April 15th St. Luke's Catholic Church 20285 Dewdney Trunk Road Maple Ridge. Funeral Mass will be April 16th at 11am at Saint Luke's Catholic Church.
Special thanks to Dr. Chancey, Dr. Ervin, Dr. Friesen and Dr. Burr for allowing her to be with us longer and believing in it not being her time yet, and Dr. Tong for never refusing those home visits even when he was in a leg cast, and Leslie and Honora at the Creekside Day Care Program for making Maria always feeling welcomed.
