McConnell, Milly. We give thanks to God for Milly's long and joyful life and for the many happy years that she lived with us, but it is still with sad hearts that we announce her peaceful passing. She was predeceased by her husband Alex in 1996 and her son Ian in 1985. We, her family, and all her much loved extended family will miss her very much. Milly is survived by daughter Sheena, son-in-law Dale, whom she considered a son, many grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many friends and relatives, all who were very special in her life. Thank you to the home support staff at fraserhealth for the happiness and dignity you brought into her life. Also for the wonderful care given at McKenney Creek Hospice. A celebration of life will be held Saturday October 15th at 3:00 pm at the Open Door Church, 11391 Dartford Street, Hammond BC.
