Raymond was born January 29th, 1943 in Birmingham, England and he passed away October 26th, 2019 after a courageous struggle with a lung disease.
A memorial service will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Maple Ridge, branch 88, at 12101 224th street November 30th, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am followed by a reception.
