Rita Wallace (Dover/Rehaume) of Maple Ridge passed peacefully in her sleep on June 14, 2020 @ Ridge Meadows Hospital at the age of 94. She is predeceased by late husband(s) Robert (2003), Walter (1996), Charles (1976).
She was a homemaker and avid gardener (vegetable, fruit and flowers). She had two families that she babysat for. She loved being with people and spent many hours playing cards and carpet bowling at the Maple Ridge Community Center. She spent the last 5 1/2 years at the Chartwell Willow Retirement Community in Maple Ridge.
Survivors include her four children Paul Rehaume of Abbotsford, Noel (Susan) Rehaume of Maple Ridge, David (Patricia) Rehaume of Ruskin and Colleen (Allan) Sears of Pitt Meadows. Grandchildren Robert Rehaume of Maple Ridge, Sandra (Ray) Rehaume of Kelowna, Sydney Rehaume (predeceased) of Maple Ridge, Bill Rehaume of Rocky Mountain House Alberta, Chasity (Denny) Klein of Mission and David Jr (Nalini) Rehaume of Delta. 9 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren. Rita was 1 of 11 children. 9 Predeceased, survivor Leon (Elly) Ricard of Abbotsford and Stella Peltier of St. Albert Alberta.
Due to COVID-19 Private Funeral Service was held June 23, 2020 at 11:00 at Saint Patrick's Church in Maple Ridge.
