Sam was well loved and will be dearly missed by all, especially his wife, Shelly and his children, Jack, Silver and Liam. Funeral will be held at St Paul's Lutheran Church, 12145 Laity St. Maple Ridge, on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations for Jack, Liam and Silver's Post Secondary Education Fund can be made at Van City, Maple Ridge, Account #176537, Branch # 29.
