November 27, 1947 - April 8, 2022
Our much-loved Sandi, after a brief illness with pancreatic cancer, passed away on April 8, 2022, at the age of 74 at the Christine Morrison Hospice in Mission.
Sandi was predeceased by her father Martin, mother Vy, brother Brian, husband Dan Wight, and two stepsons David and John (AJ). She is survived by siblings Val, Carol (Louis) and Mike, her children Pat, Sue (Ian) and Jon, her stepchildren Daniel (Marilyn), Rosemary, Dennis, Jim (Corlene) and Ruth (Tom), her many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and her boyfriend Rene.
Sandi has lived in the Maple Ridge area since 1972. We would like to thank the palliative care team of Maple Ridge Hospital for their help and compassion for the past 4 months that she was ill and the Hospice team for their love and care.
A memorial service will be held at the Maple Ridge Legion Branch #88 April 23rd, 2022 at 1PM.
Sandi will be in our thoughts forever.
