William (Bill) Turner Passed away June 5, 2020 peacefully in his home in Maple Ridge, B.C.
Bill was born June 22, 1938 in Vancouver, British Columbia and lived most of his life in this great province, Maple Ridge was called home.
Bill spent most of his life in construction and helped build this province, and was a proud member of the Pile Drivers Union local 2404 for over 38 years.
Bill was also one of the founding members of The One Way Club in Maple Ridge, always trying to help people like himself, and the community he loved. He was a tough man with a big heart. Bill always said you have to be tough to get old and he was one of the toughest.
Bill was preceded by his wife (Rose), Mother (Jeanie), and Father (George). He is survived by his sister: Sharron, son: Wes, daughter: Lisa, daughter: Carrie, son: Randy, son: Lance (Sandy), son: Shawn (Carol w/ grand daughters: Shannis, Jessica) and daughter: Lisa.
A Celebration of Bill's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the Maple Ridge One Way Club would be appreciated.
