Re: More instruction, not less (Letters, March 18).
I just wanted to say how much I appreciated Karen Georgi’s student-focussed approach to analyzing the proposed changes to the student calendar.
As a taxpayer, of course I would like to see savings where they make sense, but only if it is better for the children and their education or makes no difference to the quality of their education.
Ms. Georgi put the emphasis right where I like to see it – on the children.
