Re: Path to recovery (Letters, Aug. 22).
Please do not mistake me for a hater. I do believe in the Caring Place and what it offers and the people it helps.
I do believe we have to help the less fortunate.
My inability lies with the less fortunate taking advantage and disrupting the surrounding neighbors and neighborhood.
I do understand that the Caring Place offers shelter, food and assistance to those in need, but I do not believe it should operate at our expense.
Its operation locally presents consequences.
Do you have a solution or answer to this problem other than the obvious, which is to move the location of the source?
