Re: And what about education (Letters, May 18).
I want to remind Scott Susin that B.C. has a balanced budget. You know, that state of affairs that is accomplished by underfunding all sorts of programs, such as education, health care and many other items a government is responsible for.
But, we do have a balanced budget, as our tax dollars are being spent on TV ads to remind us.
As for MLA Marc Dalton, like politicians of every stripe, he just doesn’t have what it takes to go against party lines to stand up for his constituents.
