One person hospitalized after collision in Pitt Meadows

One person is in the hospital after two vehicles collided near Pitt Meadows Athletic Park on Thursday evening.

Ridge Meadows RCMP confirmed that two vehicles were involved in a crash at Airport Way and Bonson Road at approximately 5 p.m. on March 21.

The collision sent one of the vehicles over the sidewalk and up onto the hill leading to the ballpark, with a large scattering of debris throughout the intersection.

Paramedics transported one person to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, said RCMP, with no further information given.
