PHOTOS: Map shows cool holiday light displays in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows

The local light displays can be viewed on the uPlan bus tours Dec. 12 and 19

With the holiday season upon us, The News and uPlan have partnered together to create a list of some of the best and brightest holiday light displays throughout Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.

The interactive map will be updated weekly and is the perfect tool for anyone interested in doing a holiday lights tour.

The Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows/Katzie Community Response Network wants to make it easier for people to view the pretty lights by offering free bus tours on Dec. 12 and 19.

The bus tours will depart and return from the Maple Ridge Seniors Centre, 12150 224th St., with tours running from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on both days.

In order to reserve a spot on the bus, call 604-467-4993 and be sure to arrive at the seniors centre by 4:45 p.m. on either the 12th or 19th.

Once the second tour has been completed, voting will be done for the best display, after which uPlan will contact the lucky winner.
